1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

- Slice in half diagonally for easier eating, or wrap in parchment paper for a portable lunch.
Why This Recipe Works
These Greek Yogurt Chicken Wraps are a lunchtime hero for several reasons:
- High Protein: Greek yogurt and grilled chicken provide a protein-packed meal to keep you full and energized.
- Fresh and Flavorful: Spinach and tzatziki add a refreshing crunch and tangy flavor.
- Customizable: Swap spinach for arugula, add cucumbers, or use a different sauce to make it your own.
- Perfect for Meal Prep: Assemble the wraps ahead of time or pack the components separately for easy assembly.
Meal Prep Tips
- Store Components Separately: Keep the grilled chicken, spinach, and tzatziki in separate containers. Assemble the wraps just before eating to prevent sogginess.
- Make Ahead: The chicken can be grilled up to 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
