Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple diced (organic)
  • 2 cups mango diced (organic)
  • 1 cup kiwi sliced (organic)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced (organic, optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut rum
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp organic cane sugar or monk fruit for low-sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, kiwi, and strawberries (if using).
