- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 large egg cage-free
- 1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
- 1/2 cup avocado oil for frying
- 1/2 cup ranch dip store-bought or homemade
