  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt full-fat, organic
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved (organic)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard clean-label
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 high-protein chickpea flour wraps gluten-free
  • fresh spinach for extra greens Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add shredded chicken, grapes, and walnuts; stir to combine.
