Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs organic, free-range (optional)
  • 2 tbsp organic whole milk
  • 4 slices bacon nitrate-free and pasture-raised (optional)
  • 1 organic avocado sliced
  • 4 organic flour tortillas or nori sheets
  • 1 tbsp butter grass-fed (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • pinch of Sea salt and black pepper
  • ΒΌ cup organic microgreens optional

Instructions
 

  • Instructions:
  • Cook bacon in a stainless steel skillet until crispy. Drain.
  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter until fluffy.
  • Slice avocado.
  • Lay tortilla/nori flat. Add eggs, bacon, avocado, microgreens. Roll tightly.
  • Slice into 6-8 pieces. Drizzle with sriracha mayo. Serve!
